Equine Work Experience
I started learning to look after horses professionally when I was studying at University. I volunteered as a full-time groom at a riding school that was experiencing financial troubles during Covid for 3 months. In exchange they funded for my first equine qualification (BHS Care 1). After I finished university, I went to the British Racing School and then two years at James Fanshawe Racing, alongside experience riding out for Charlie Hills Racing. Gained a distinction in Level 2 Racehorse Care and Riding Diploma. Following this, I completed a winter season at a hunt yard working with horses regularly hunting with the Heythrop Hunt.
