I have NVQ level 2, BHS stage 2, Level 3 extended technical diploma in equine management (AAA) BHS Riding and road safety. Currently studying a degree in equine science and Welfare.

Currently hold BHS stage 2 + NVQ 2. I hold a Technical extended diploma in equine management at level 3 (Grade AAA) Currently a university student studying a degree in equine science, welfare and management.

I have previously worked on stud yard handling stallion and young stock as well as mares with foal at foot. I Have also worked on event and hunt yards as a groom. Duties included bathing and preparing horses for hunting/eventing as well as cleaning all the tack and getting it ready. I would also wash horses off afterwards and be responsible for their after care after hunting, and same for the eventers . I would also take care of them on a day to day basis feeding, mucking out, hacking them out etc. I have also worked at local riding school taking care of ponies and teaching lessons ranging from beginners to experienced riders. I own my own horses and as a child/ teenager I was a member of the pony club. I have backed and brought on my own horses, as well as working with problematic horses then finding them forever homes.

I currently am a member of riding club, attend all different clinics and lessons and compete at dressage on a regular basis. I enjoy fun rides and exploring new hacking routes with friends. I have a good understanding of the scales of training and I am a quiet patient rider.

I compete in regular dressage competitions and have represented my riding club at area.
