My main duties within my current job are - Sole charge of the yard when I’m in. Vet & farrier visits Turn out horses for hunting or eventing General care for the horses Stable maintenance Recently Learnt how to clip

I have a diploma in racehorse care and ridden work from the National horse racing college.

I manage my time well and very organised in my work and in general life. I can muck out quickly and to a high standard aswell as turn out and plait horses. I have previously worked with race horses and currently working with event and hunt horses. I have experience in riding the most highly strung horses within the equine industry including race horses and fit eventers and hunters. I was often used to sit on the youngsters at the race yard to educate them and bring them on in their riding career

I have worked as a work rider at Nicky Richards racing riding the most highly strung horses within the equine industry. I currently work with and ride event horses and hunt horses. I was often used to sit on the younger race horses to bring them on and further their education.

With my current job I turn out horses for hunting and eventing but my line manager goes along with the boss to events.
