I'm looking to complete BHS certifications up to Level 2 in 2026/27.

Duties of Current Occupation
Grooming to a high standard, mucking out, turning out, field maintenance. I've exercised horses on the flat and through ground work. I have also worked with young horses on a training basis.
Equine Work Experience
I've been around horses for the past 18 years including riding, volunteering, and freelance work riding/grooming. I've had some charge when it came to it and also worked as a team. I have worked with young horses, studs, and yearlings - including warmbloods and native types.
Specialities
I've worked with mares and geldings. In the past I've primarily worked with hunters and hot horses. I'm confident with leading horses, ground work, and handling.
For yard work, I've achieved my best with grooming to a high standard and working horses on the flat and ground. I can pull, plait, and comfortably bathe horses.
Type of Ride Work
I've ridden problem horses, show horses, hunters and younger horses from 4+ years.
I can solo hack, jump up to 1-1.2m, and do standard flatwork. I can do basic schooling for horses. I'm also confident in working with horses from the ground and lunging. I primarily ride flatwork though I also jump and have an interest in Western riding.
