Managed the turnout, welfare and training of my own competition horses of various different levels for ten years. Most recently, I was the sole rider and owner of two young dressage horses of which I was producing myself.

I have been riding since the age of four and first started competing in dressage when I was seven. I was a low level show jumper for several years before making the transition to dressage where I produced my own pony from prelim to medium, qualifying for the BD Nationals. After making the transition to horses, I found my niche in producing youngsters. I worked with several young horses, the youngest being three years old, and carefully produced my own mare until I joined my current profession. I have experience in military equitation and the care of military working horses, having worked in a fast-paced environment with extremely high standards of kit and turnout.

Throughout my ten years of competitive riding, I was the sole carer of numerous ponies and horses. This included daily poo picking, stable work, turnout, grooming, first aid, riding and preparation for competitions.

I have ten years of competition experience in dressage, ranging from unaffiliated prelim to affiliated medium and have trained up to PSG. I also have five years of experience in producing young horses from the ages of 3-6 years old.

I have ridden various different types of horses and ponies, starting with show jumping ponies when I was a child. I was fortunate to train and gain some experience on PSG to Grand Prix level horses as a teen, as well as producing my own youngsters in dressage. I have since gained experience in riding military working horses which are mostly Irish Draughts x TBs.

I have ten years of competition experience, the earlier days being low-level show jumping when I was a child. This was before I changed paths to dressage where I have competed at regional and national level with both ponies and horses. Being the sole carer of all my own horses, I am well versed in competition preparation and have always held myself to an extremely high standard of care and turnout.
