Stud Groom / PA / Yard Management / Staff Management / Veterinary Care Extensive Experience with Hunters / Show Horses / Young Stock / TB's Transport (HGV & Trailer) Stable Cover (High End Cover for Private Homes/Horses/Dogs & Other Animals)
Equine Work Experience
30 + years extensive experience producing top class hunters, coming from a showing/hunting/farming background. Predominantly hunting focussed, producing young horses, show horses etc through the hunting field. Mainly sole charge but also staff management and office based experience, dealing with registrations, entries, veterinary and staff rotas, ordering from suppliers and other PA duties. Property and animal caretaking. Transporting all kinds of horses, UK and Ireland, HGV held.
Specialities
Producing Hunters with a keen eye for detail, conformation and manners. Providing exceptional standards of care and turnout with the ability to deal with veterinary issues, spot potential problems and manage accordingly. Overseeing yard and staff management, implementing best practice. Liaising with vets/farriers/dentists and other suppliers, feed, bedding etc. Sole charge / Private yard work
