I will complete my apprenticeship in September and will qualify with a SVQ which is equivalent to a BHS stage 3

Apprentice Groom at Millfield Equestrian. General yard responsibilities including mucking out, exercising, clipping, grooming etc
Equine Work Experience
I have had horses most of my life, I have currently got 2 of my own. I have worked a year as an apprentice groom. I have currently two horses of my own.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden flatwork, jumping and a cross country. I have luckily been able to have ridden a variety of different horses as I was going through my apprenticeship and getting the feel of how every horse is different.

I have worked as an apprentice groom at Millfield and taken students out competing as their groom
