Bio
I am a keen, hard working and reliable person looking to get back into an industry I love after a period of running my own pub and dog training business (yes both at the same time!). I am capable of sole charge or working in a team.Qualifications
I did undertake the first 3 stages of BHS training but over 25 years ago!

Duties of Current Occupation
I have recently sold my successful pub with rooms where I was the manager and director. I am currently working as a stud groom prepping foals for the sales.
Equine Work Experience
I have ridden since a child and have worked with racehorses as a jockey and been head lass at a thoroughbred stud as well as working in livery yards. I am a competent rider, capable of sole charge or working in a team and enjoy all aspects of yard work, including mucking out! I was involved in racing for about 10 years, I was head lass at a thoroughbred stud with charge of 14 mares and preparing up to 20 yearlings for the sales as well as a number of horses in for rehabilitation or pre race prep. I have also worked in livery yards and grew up assisting a local family bringing on youngsters until I left for University age 20, with them I had the opportunity to hunt and compete on a variety of horses and ponies. I am currently exercising and competing my friends event horse alongside working at a stud prepping foals for the sales as well as handling yearlings and brood mares.

Type of Ride Work
A great deal of experience in work riding for NH and flat horses and preparing yearlings for the sales in my previous roles. I am a very competent general rider, can do basic dressage and jumping. I would be happy in a non riding position or where riding was part of the role.
Competition Details
I have not competed for over 25 years but am back doing some RC one day events and dressage.
