I hold a Level 3 Equine groom and management qualification.

I hold 3 A - Levels: Psychology, Business and Sociology.

I worked in a NH race yard for 5.5 years when I finished my A - Levels. I worked as a Low level Dressage groom for 1.5 year after that. I can drive a 3.5 ton.

I evented up to BE90 in my teenage years, horse could have gone up to 100cm but I outgrew him. Carried on with some low level events on younger horses and ROR’s over the years. I have worked for NH trainer riding a range of different horses and jumping many from teaching babies to fully experienced horses. I have ridden in point to points for 5 seasons, from first time out maidens to dodgy jumpers and larey older horses. I have competed in some BD competitions. I have huge showing experience, from local shows to county Level - qualifying 2 horses for Aintree ROR championships. Also qualifying a cob for LIHS. Have plenty of hunting experience, worked for a stud groom part time for 3 years as a teenager.

I have handled lots of foals / young stock both at home and in the racing yard I worked at. I was often trusted in charge at both jobs, leading a team. I have the ability to plait manes, pull manes and tails. I can clip. I have extensive experience turning horses out for competitions and hunting. I have slim experience with Stallions.

I have ridden all kinds of horses; Racehorses, pointers, Dressage horses, event horses, show horses, hunters. I have backed plenty of horses including, ponies, racehorses, previously untouched horses, and a stallion. I have been very lucky to have flatwork training with Andrew Murphy, Hayley Watson-Greaves, Douglas Hibbert. I have also had jump training with Eric Winter.

I worked for and groomed for a Low Level Dressage rider at BD competitions. I’ve competed BD, BSJA, BE and in point to points.
