I have a strong technical and practical background. Although I do not currently hold equestrian qualifications, I am enthusiastic about undertaking horse-care training, including BHS courses and equine first aid.

Gardening and grounds maintenance, mechanical repairs, dog handling, delivery driving, and six years supporting people with disabilities. Experienced in practical tasks, maintaining safe environments, and working independently.

My parents owned horses, and I spent part of my childhood around them. I have a lifelong love of horses and am eager to develop professional grooming, handling and daily horse-care skills.

My strengths include practical maintenance, problem-solving, animal care, reliability and working independently. I am physically active, patient and a quick hands-on learner. Although I have not worked professionally with foals or stallions, I grew up around family-owned horses and am eager to develop my equestrian skills under experienced supervision.

I am primarily interested in non-riding horse-care roles. I cannot currently claim experience in flatwork, jumping or hunting, but I would welcome opportunities to develop my riding and horse-handling skills through appropriate training.

I have not yet worked in competition yards or as a competition groom. However, I would be delighted to assist with horse preparation, stable maintenance and general show support, learning from experienced handlers and becoming involved in equestrian events.
