Used to volunteer at a busy RDA/riding school in Australia where the duties would include turning out and bringing in, cleaning the stables, cleaning tack, feeding the horses, washing the horses, riding, helping out in lessons, poo picking the fields etc. I have also been riding for 20+ years.
