Currently provide freelance schooling and exercise services in the Cotswold area for Dressage and Hunting clients
Equine Work Experience
I have been a horse owner for the majority of my life competing in a variety of low level disciplines. I have been working with horses in some kind of capacity for over a decade now, both employed and freelance. I have experience competing clients horses in showing, dressage and showjumping. I have completed some of my BHS exams always seeking to learn and improve. I've also gained experience in other aspects of equine employment, through the management of the Musto trade stand on the show circuit, liaising with customers, brand ambassadors and sponsors at horse events.
Specialities
I have experience working on professional yards & private yards. I have a keen attention to detail and a drive to provide a service which suits the employers needs and preferences. I enjoy the responsibility of sole charge work but I am also happy working alongside others and I take direction and instruction well. My real skill and passion is in training, managing and producing young horses. I am hard working and will always aim to work to the highest standard possible.
Type of Ride Work
I am well established on the flat, jump, and xc country schooling with a particular passion for dressage. I have a good knowlage and experience of how to get horses fit in most disciplines. I have backing and young horse handling experience alongside lunging and long reining. A position that provides training and has an opportunity to increase the opportunities for me to compete is important.
