I got my first ever job at 13 years old working with imported young Irish sports horses on a competition yard for a little over a year.
As well as that, in my spare time, I used to welcome a 10 year old autistic girl to come spend two days a week with me and my own horses for nothing in return. I taught her the basic skills round horses, how to muck out, groom, tack up, and basic riding skills too. I had the pleasure of helping this young girl for 8months.
I have also helped out at a riding school on a few occasions.
Type of Ride Work
I have grown up around horses and have always owned our own from a very young age. I have experience with, broodmares, stallions, foals, competition horses. I have broken in a few of our own and taken on challenging horses. Horses are my love and passion.
As a young teenager I used to showjumping and in hand showing but unfortunately due to getting older and having work commitments I had to give this up.
