Riding, teaching, rehabilitation, loading problematic horses, yard duties, wound treatment and bandaging.
Equine Work Experience
Riding since the age of 7 and took on my very first ex race horse 'London Express' straight from the race track at just 11 years old. Participated in hunter trials and cross country. I then took on another ex race horse many years later 'Pop to Stans'. In addition to being a very experienced and confident rider, I have also gained skills in teaching, escorting hacks as well as running a yard including mucking out, feeding, preparing for rides, vet checks, bandaging and even administering injections.
Specialities
Worked with p2p, ex race horses, riding schools, mares and foals, dressage, rehabilitation, loading issues, ringing back into work, and general yard duties. Managed and trained staff ensuring all duties carried out to a high standard.
Type of Ride Work
A very experienced and confident rider. Lots of work with nervous and green horses. Also a great deal of jumping including show jumps and cross country as well asvsome dressage. I've been on charity rides and taking part in hunter trials.
