Equine Work Experience
I am keen to further develop my knowledge and ability in riding, competing and horse care. I have an understanding of horse care having previously worked on a yard as a groom for 5 years locally and due to currently having a share of a horse however I am aware my knowledge will need to be refined which I am eager to do as I enjoy new challenges and learning. Equally if the opportunity arises I would be willing to complete BHS exams as I would like to begin a successful career within the equine industry.
I rode from a young age until I was 17 when I went to university. After a 10 year break I have recently begun a horse share of a Hanoverian Warmblood which I thoroughly enjoy and I exercise and ride him twice per week.
Specialities
I currently have experience in leading a team however within a different industry. Due to currently being a sales executive for a prestige car manufacturer, completing tasks in a time efficient and high quality manor is something I am competent at. I have keen attention to detail and I am extremely driven.
Type of Ride Work
I currently ride a Hanoverian Warmblood who can be a little lively at times, I currently do canter & pole work however this is progressing due to weekly lessons. Something which I am keen to continue and develop my skills further.
