Between 2018 and 2020 I attended Merrist Wood college and completed a 2 year animal management and welfare course. I achieved distinction*distinction by the end of the year and gained experience throughout all areas of animal care.

Before Covid hit I worked at South Weylands Equestrian Centre for just under a year. Whilst there I started as a stable hand so I was doing jobs such as grooming, racking up, handling, turning out, medications, cleaning etc. Soon after working there I began teaching different levels of students for half and hour sessions in our small arena which was really fun! I taught from beginners to advanced riders of all ages and often gave them experiences of what working on a yard would include

Although I haven’t ridden in a little time I have experience in flat work as well as hacking. Getting back on a horse would be natural for me and i would be so open to learning more as I go.
