Ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard; muck/turn out, walker, exercise/lunge/pull/trim/clip/bandage etc. Order feed/bedding, liaise with vets, farriers, picking paddocks, handling young stock, equine first aid etc.

Been around horses since a very young age. I am a hard worker who is always cheerful. I like to keep the yard and horses spotless (serious OCD). I work very well and enjoy working on my own (as they say "if you want a job doing properly - do it yourself") so if I do it myself I know it's done properly! but I am capable of working as part of a team if required. I have a great sense of humour and like to have fun - there is nothing worst than a misery guts! In my most recent equine position of 7 years I was solely responsible for a small private thoroughbred stud yard caring for broodmares and youngstock, ordering feed, arranging Vet and Farrier visits, liaising with Racehorse Trainers, Studs, transportation companies and any other duties as and when required.

I am a conscientious, hard working and self-motivated person. I give 100% in every way and am always keen to learn. Willing to work in any discipling. Thoroughly love caring for horses and helping to maintain a clean/tidy yard. Happy to take a position that does NOT include riding.

More than happy for a non-riding position. Happy to hack for exercise. I am 6'2" tall and 13st so if a riding role then they would need to be pretty big horses. My 'ideal' role would be on a small quiet professional yard, preferably sole charge or just a small team. If a live-in position then single/sole accommodation or shared with only one other person.

I competed at local pony club level as a youngster however I have not competed since then and I am not really interested in competing myself.
