Equine Work Experience
-Hartpury college 3 years; -National Diploma Equine Management Prior to attending college I worked on a professional local livery yard/ riding school volunatrily and paid, for 10 years before moving away for work. I started working for a company providing horses for film/tv/live shows. I worked in a team and sole charge taking care of and exercising 100+ horses at home and also travelled with horses around the country and Europe to film sets and performed in the teams stunt shows during summer. I then went on to work on a dressage yard as a groom/rider, here I carried out all usual yard duties and daily schooling/hacking/lunging of the horses. I also had the opportunity to assist in the backing of youngsters and also lightly compete. I relocated and went on to do local freelance grooming/riding whilst also employed part time on a show producing/breaking yard, doing yard work and helping with the youngsters in for starting.
