No equine-related courses however I have 8 GCSE's including maths, English, science. I have been to college and university and have gained great life experience through my career so far. I hope this will be enough for a small leap of faith and I'd love to become a part of a team and business to build and grow in this area.

Independently working to plan, organise, & direct photoshoots; managing relationships & budgets. Also collaborating between teams for ideas. Being very solo I will often also be found washing pants and on coffee runs, no job is too big or small.

I learned to ride horses from a young age and have experienced many different riding schools. I've also gained experience on a pony trekking trip, where we had the responsibility to care for and ride our own pony for a week. I try to go on regular hacks but I would love to ride more often, I want to learn everything there is to know about the equine world, and hopefully, one day learn to teach people to ride. I have no professional experience as of yet but I cannot begin to explain how much this opportunity would mean to me as I'm committed to a career change and following my heart instead of the logical next step on the career that's I've already carved out. I've realised through lockdown that my current role isn't where I want to be and there are fundamental desires that are leading me here. I would so appreciate your consideration to work with you and learn from you and I hope my lack of experience, age and career-changing doesn't put you off but only shows I will be more committed.

I’m enthusiastic & hard-working, optimistic with a good sense of humour. Proactive & always motivated to learn. I love good processes & organisation. I’m an open book & I value honesty & equality above all else. I'm a kind & compassionate person with a love for animals. A can-do attitude & problem solver. Experience leading a team of creatives although very practically minded. Never shy away from getting hands dirty, in fact, I think I prefer it. No big ego and will ask for help when needed.

I have met a variety of different personalities during my riding experience, and a few troublesome horses along the way. I would love the opportunity to learn how to train them properly and understand them individually. I'm also longing for a more active lifestyle so mucking out every day couldn't be more appealing to start a new path. I've ridden an age range of around 5yrs up to 40's and have a tiny bit of experience jumping but most comfortable in trot and canter.

I've never competed or been involved in competitions however, this sounds very exciting and again, I would throw myself wholeheartedly into learning about it and becoming proficient in competition grooming, and even helping to organise competitions.
