I have gotten all of my GCSEs and have recently just left collage, where i studied a BTEC level 3 Qualification in Equine Management, my course included a multitude of important models as well as allowed me to learn lots of valuable skills.

Working on Hartpury collage yard

I have worked on a multitude of yard working with lots of types of horse from cobs to young horse and i have worked with fit competition horse. I have been around and worked with horse for a large portion of my life, i am friendly and hard working and can slot into any role required of me. I have jus completed two years of studying level 3 Equine Management where i gained lost of crucial knowledge and important hands on skills.

My strongest area with working horse is working with horse on the ground, when I say this i mean the care and safety of horses. I am able to work with all types of horses anything young or naughty up to top competition horses.

I have a good understanding on schooling a horse on the flat, i have jumped and done cross country before; but i do not jump frequently anymore and would say it’s a my weaker skill. I can ride a multitude of horse and can a good shape. I am willing to improve my ridding skills and sit on anything.

I have never competed personally but i understand the work that is required to compete and the fact that you must be a quick thinker and be able to problem solve, with my knowledge and experience I can bring both of these to any yard. As well as these i have also worked for competitions before, i have also pole picked and have been a course builder for a few British show jumping events; i also was a scribe for judges many times at British dressage events.
