Equine Work Experience

2021/ 2022: I had a trekking/ riding instructor position at Soho Farmhouse (I worked there over the Summer, during their peak trading and they then offered me another contract later in the year).

2019/2020: I recently worked at Radway Riding School in Warwick. Where I was responsible for ensuring riders and horses are ready for their lessons. Furthermore, I was also responsible for the welfare and care of the animals. 2018 / 2019: During, the summer 2018 I started working at a private livery yard, were my responsibilities included, grooming, mucking out and general yard work. 2018: During 2017 and 2018, I occaisionally groomed and worked on the yard for Team Bleekman, I loved the experience and had an amazing opportunity to meet Oliver Townend. I was also able to groom and work for Victoria Smith and her family, during many BE and BS events. I have also been a steward for Victoria Smith at Bicton Arena, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Specialities

I have worked at several riding schools and livery yards. I have also worked at a busy trekking center which I thoroughly enjoyed

Type of Ride Work

I can walk, trot, canter and jump (no more than 2ft6 and I have not jumped in several years) and have ridden a variety of horses from school masters to greener horses.

While at Soho Farmhouse, I led and chaperoned the hacks, which were mixed abilites to advanced riders.
