High level HR, PA and generalist business administration, including reception and customer service experience.
Equine Work Experience
No, but I have had horse-riding lessons at various places around the UK. In the past I was a member of an HM Forces Saddle Club at RAF Akrotiri (Cyprus). I have a couple of friends who own their own horses. A friend's daughter is currently working on a Equine Degree.
Specialities
Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management. CIPD Qualified at L2 - HR Administration. Level 5 Accredited Life Coach.
Type of Ride Work
Riding school experienced, older horses mainly.
At the Saddle Club, a one hour lesson was sandwiched in a three hour slot.
We would check on the board in the tack room which horse we had been allocated.
Collect the appropriate tack. (Saddle, Numnah, girth strap, bridle, bit and reins, grooming brush and hoof-pick).
Take a leading rein and go out to collect our horse from the paddock.
Groom the horse and tack it up (wait for it to be checked).
