All equine qualifications are gained through practical experience. Academic qualifications are unrelated: BA in Archaeology, MA in Museum Studies, two years of a PhD in Archaeology.
Equine Work Experience
Prior equine experience includes day to day care on busy polo yards and all the resulting duties, such as mucking, grooming, turn in/turn out, etc. Tournament grooming and changa, including bandaging, tack change, cooling, etc. Minor teaching of polo riding and skills, limited to teaching the basics to small children.
Type of Ride Work
Exercising of polo ponies. No ride work preferred.
