My 'about you' is a bit unusual as I'm looking for a complete career change - away from the world of government and back to my first love, horses. I worked in various yards in my younger years and have continued riding all of my life.

Yes, I worked in a dressage yard for three years before doing my A-Levels. I have ridden since I was seven and have loved after my own pony as well as a numbers of loans/shares. I have helped out in numerous rising schools and worked in a yard for three years before I did my A-Levels. I understand that my current career looks out of kilter with being a groom, but I am ready to embrace a positive change to work with horses!

I have experience riding a variety of types of horses.

Including

• many different types of ponies when I was a junior (lots of jumping)
• horses, mainly flat work, infrequent jumping. I have had a number of loans and shares. I've ridden various different types of horses, including the King's Household Cavalry horses through my riding club (these are a real mix as to whether they are straightforward or not - often have problems with their going which our lessons/schooling helps with).
