I acquired my City & Guilds Equine care/management certificates for level 2 and 3 and Brinsbury College.

Horse care including: grooming, washing, exercising from the ground, plaiting, clipping, mucking out, bringing in/turning out, making feed, filling haynets, tacking up, paddock maintenance,sweeping/leaf blower, riding.

I attended Brinsbury College for 2 years. I have been riding and around horses for over 10 years. I volunteered at my local animal sanctuary for nearly 2 years who had horses, ponies, donkies and other farm animals, I fed, watered and cleaned out all their habitats which are outside regardless of the weather. I volunteered at Eatonthorne stables for 6 months caring for a full yard, most on livery and lesson horses. I worked at Pulborough Stud for 3 months on the sales livery horses and have dealt with a range of horses from an untrained import filly, 4 year olds new to work, handling stallions, and other normal horses.

I have experience at a children's riding school and livery/ sale's livery, as well as an animal sanctuary. I work great sole charge or in a team. I am well known to be reliable, dedicated and passionate about my work, working up to my employer's standards. I'm a very thorough communicator, I like the people I work with to be crystal clear in turn as am I.

I have ridden many lazy and not so forward going horses/ponies. I have ridden some younger horses and a horse with tendencies to spook and bolt with rider. I have mainly done schooling/flat work, hacking and some jumping.

No previous experience with competition yards but willing to learn.
