I am a crew trainer in my current work place. I am trained to work in all positions in kitchen and customer service and I also train new people who have joined our franchise. I am also first aid trained so can be left on shop floor alone.

I have had family members who have owned horses in the past. One family member owned a shire horse who I would ride often during school holidays. I know how to muck out and turn out and I also have a basic idea of how to tack up but due to it being some time I may need a quick reminder.
