Qualifications

Foundation degree in Radiography Currently studying , nearly finished top up degree. Aiming to complete level 3 in equine nutrition the end of this year,.

Was unable to complete final nvq level 2 in horse care assessment, willing to learn. Would like to gain experience / qualifications to teach and bring on youngsters.

Duties of Current Occupation

Cannulation Leading the day -clinical setting Working with children in a nursery. Scan in CT/MRI ILS Foundation degree.

Yard duties at college / NVQ level 2 in horse care , but was unable to complete final assessment due to injury.

Equine Work Experience

I have owned my own horses for 19 years. I have ridden from the age of 4.

I have excellent confidence , handling horses , I having a calming and soothing nature.

I am currently having regular lessons at a local riding school to work on having more confidence within my riding and just to improve my riding in general to nip bad habits and stregthen my skills as I am aiming to compete (dressage).

My instructor has commented on "how well I sit in the saddle , and what great posture I have on a horse. Good transitions halt to trot especially , beautiful extended trot , who can get the most out of a lazy horse".

I also attended Lackham college for a year to study NVQ level 2 In Horse Care.

I had to complete many course module; which include , mucking out a stabled horse , Full groom , ridden assement on the flat which included , walk , trot , canter , trot without stirrups , 20 m circles.

Specialities

Work within teams safely and well. Excellent communication skills I have a yearling and own horse.

Type of Ride Work

Walk , trot , canter and schooling.

I Would like to progress and start dressage training as I feel that with the right training I would excel in this discipline.
