I have been in the thoroughbred industry for 10 years but I am now looking for a career change away from racing. I am dedicated, trustworthy and have a passion for healthy living and the outdoors. I am an animal lover, caring and hardworking.

Equine Work Experience

-Worked full-time and part-time for 3/4 years in both Flat and NH yards

  • Foal and yearling prep and sales
  • Stud - vets, farriers, yard duties, let in charge on my own -Helped with Riding for Disabled for many years on and off
  • Played polo
  • Had my own horses for years - evented, open team chased and showjumped

Owned/ridden horses since young Evented BE100, Open Team Chased, SJ 1.10 on own TB mare Ridden in charity race at Ascot racecourse Exercised young TB’s- generally rode the quirky fillies due to being a quiet, kind rider Ridden/played polo

Competition Details

-Competed my mare at BE90/100 and Showjump 1-1.10 and have also Open Team Chased and done the Isle of Wight Grand National -Qualified for Mitsubishi Motors Cup Regionals with my mare

** Due to a severe head injury in 2019 I no longer will school/event (jumping solid objects) or ride ‘known’ problem horses. Very happy to ride young eventers who have their heads skrewed on just trying to minimise risk to more head damage!! (I am very aware horses are unpredictable and I myself am risking it)
