I have the SANEF (South African National Equestrian Federation) level 1 coaches qualification I am also qualified as a life and corporate coach, and have done a sports psychology certification course

Specialising in mental performance coaching for equestrians and leaders, I draw on over 20 years of experience blending sports psychology, emotional intelligence, and coaching modalities. I help riders build confidence, manage pressure, and maintain focus. Using Enneagram insights, Process-Oriented Psychology, and practical tools, I support individuals to overcome mental blocks, improve resilience, and achieve sustainable high performance in and out of the saddle.
Type of Ride Work
Over the years, I have backed and produced my own horses for dressage and eventing, ridden work for racehorse trainers, dabbled in polo, and competed in dressage to medium level, show jumping and eventing to 1m. These experiences have given me a well-rounded equestrian skillset and a calm, confident approach in the saddle and on the ground.

Currently competing in SA Eventing 90cm Show Jump 1 m Dressage Medium I have worked in small and large competition yards, as coach and as stable manager. I have groomed and work ridden for South African Derby winner, and Austrian eventer in the past
