I have been around horses my entire childhood and am looking to gain experience in the equine industry now that I am older. I am a quick learner, easily able to adapt, and have a natural passion for horses.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)
I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.

We finished working for Sloe Cottage Polo Team in Oct '19. In light of Covid we are back in the UK looking for work. Along with working with horses we are happy to do maintenance, gardening, and other animal care. Matt is also a carpenter.

7 month season at a private Polo yard, in England, exercising and grooming for matches. Previously worked at a Polo club in England, a stud in Germany, and a livery yard in Scotland. In 2016 we did a 6 month internship at Saltriver Horsemanship in WA. We learned how to start young horses and retrain horses the 'Ray Hunt' way. This involved working, and communicating, with horses in a way they understood and looking at how riders created problems in horses and how we to fix them.
Both of us have ridden both English and Western (to an extent). I have done low level jumping and cross country, canter track work, flat work, riding young horses, hacking/trekking, retraining Thoroughbreds. My partner has done endurance, low level jumping, flat work, riding young horses, hacking/trekking, started retraining Thoroughbreds.
I have competed in low level jumping and eventing competitions while at boarding school. I can prep for competitions.
