I have various qualifications:

Equine behaviour and psychology level 3 higher distinction

Horse care and stable management level 3 higher distinction

Veterinary nursing level 4 merit

Veterinary support assistant level 3 higher distinction

Equine nutrition higher distinction

Muck out, turnout/bring in, bath, tack up horses, put horses on Walker, assist with treadmill, handling foals and race horses

I have over 10 years experience with horses, have previously worked on livery yards, which involved turnout, bringing in, holding for farrier/vet, giving medication, mucking out, rug changes, noticing if something wasn’t right with one of the horses and notifying relevant people, my own horse has had various different health issues and I’m used to dealing with various forms of medication and behaviour issues.

I also currently work on a race and rehabilitation yard where I handle, race horses, foals, have to tack up horses ready for the gallops, bath horses for the races or hunt

I can clip but would need more practice as have only clipped my own, I can plait

I have ridden various horses, my one horse is one that likes to buck and my previous horse used to nap and rear.

I mainly do flat work but do do show jumping also
