Equine Work Experience
I have been around horses for 9 years and have had horses of my own for the past 7 years. I have competed low level BSJA and BD and I am hoping to event this season. I have worked in a riding School and livery yard for the past 3 years so I have lots of experience with dealing with all kinds of different horses from the riding school ponies to the competition horses, foals and stallions. I am very sociable and confident and this has been demonstrate through my teaching and having to deal with all different kinds of people, which is what I love.
Specialities
I am very good at being a leader in a fair, efficient manner. I have a deep passion for horses and a career for life the industry would be a dream. In my current job I have experience handling foals, broodmares and stallions confidently. I work to an extremely high standard, very quick at mucking out and getting all yard jobs done while ensuring everything is completed well and on time.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden a variety of different types of horses, from school masters to young green 3 year olds. I successfully produced a 4 year old pony of my own last summer which I thoroughly enjoyed and have helped break youngsters that we have had in for breaking livery at my yard, however this is something that I would say I lack experience in but would love to be provided with the opportunity to learn more and gain more knowledge. I jumped up to discovery on ponies and have competed up to novice BD

qualified for the BN national championships second rounds qualified for trailblazers 85cm championships finishing 4th qualified for the pet plan area festival at prelim level (covid stopped me from attending)
