I'm looking for the opportunity to work as a groom, apprentice, race horse groom, horse therapy apprentice or ranch/farm hand, veterinary assistant etc. to learn and gain the necessary skills to succeed in a permanent career working with animals.Documents
Equine Work Experience
I have worked with several different horses over the years. I did some horse classes at a summer camp, took brief Western and English riding lessons, was the pony wrangler at Philmont Scout Ranch were I did a lot of Western riding with groups and a Cavalcad and I taught kids about ranch animal care, did pony rides and petting zoo.
Type of Ride Work
I have done Western and English riding styles and was the pony wrangler at Philmont and rode in a Cavalcad and have done trail rides.
