Equine Work Experience
I’ve been riding horses for the past 10+ years. I currently live in California. I don't mind relocating for a job as LIVE-IN is required and a MUST for me. I love every day as you never know what to expect. I do jump from cross rails to about 2’3. It has been a while since jumping as I’ve been working on flat work. I used to work with Arabians for a year at the farm only and went to a local show just to see the experience as a groom only.
Specialities
Hardworking, loyal, and punctual I have worked with a stud but the Arabian farm only has one stud. He was a lovely horse. I have done stalls as well and do as best as I can with them.
Type of Ride Work
I do walk, trot, and canter. I've jumped cross rails to about 2’3. I would love to go higher with the proper training. I have done a little dressage but I had to choose between jumping or dressage, so I chose to jump and it's been the highlight of my life. I've handled 3-4-year-olds but I don’t ride them. I ride horses that are a bit older and well-trained. I'd love to get some experience with young horses besides hand-walking them.
Competition Details
I haven’t shown in 3-4 years. I would love to show or work at a show. I know it’s fast pace but I’m willing to see some excitement in life. I have only done trot poles, cross rails, and walk-trot classes. They get expensive so I don't show a lot.
