My background owning a residential property management company, in law office administration and as a small business marketing consultant provides me with a wide variety of skills to draw upon. I have experience managing teams of people, understand the importance of administrative duties and have a hands-on/team player style. I will provide you with a well-rounded employee with a depth of life experience to draw from.

Equine Facilities and Programs Management. Dressage Clinic Organizer and Horse Show Volunteer Coordinator.

Active in the equestrian arts for the past 20 years, I have trained and participated in multiple disciplines including Dressage, Trail Riding, and Equestrian Vaulting. I actively practice and integrate the concepts of Natural Horsemanship when handling and working with horses. My health is excellent and I have the physical strength to perform the tasks necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the horses in my care.
I taught private lessons to introduce horses and natural horsemanship basics to riders ranging in age from 5 to 65, and provided consulting services to aspiring equestrians seeking guidance in curating their own equestrian lifestyle. I am actively involved in the community supporting organizations that promoted equine interests and activities. I have served on and supported the board of the local dressage association, organized clinics for visiting international clinicians and coordinated volunteers for horse shows.

Dressage training facility management. Knowledge of the day-to-day care required to ensure the health and well being of both actively working and retired horses - English and Western Riding - Equine au pair: I have operated a horse-sitting business catering to horse owners, providing vacation and farm sitting care as well as assistance with injury rehabilitation and exercise -
trained to perform first aid and recognize signs of colic and lameness.

Experience with dressage riding, grooming and lunging as well as trail riding, equestrian vaulting and therapeutic riding.

I have supported many dressage riders over the years by organizing training clinics featuring nationally and internationally renown Dressage Trainers. I have worked as a FEI Rider's groom and supported many young and mature riders on their competition journeys as part of their team. I have been a coordinator of horse show volunteers and served the Colorado Dressage Associations on local and regional levels.
