Equine Work Experience
I have been working with horses for about 12 years now. I started out riding Western and doing Natural Horsemanship, then later switched to Hunters and did Hunter/Jumpers for 6 years. I started learning Dresage, and I got completely hooked. I've been riding Dressage for 9 years now and have shown up to 4th and schooling PSG. I have lots of experience schooling horses of various breeds and disciplines. I'm a calm and confident rider ready for new experiences. I was the Barn Manager at a small private facility with 15 horses and did all the chores such as mucking, cleaning water tanks, turn out, blanketing, feeding, and doing exercise rides.
I now am a professional groom for Petra Warlimont Dressage and assist in getting horses ready/untacked, bathing, clipping, lunging, assisting with vet & farrier visits, traveling to shows, and some riding as well.
