Duties of Current Occupation
Grooming and tacking up horses for range riding, western riding competitions, and packing trips. Exercising and rehabbing horses; stretching, round penning, and cold hosing. Managing feed and turn out schedules. Mucking out stalls and tack upkeep.
Equine Work Experience
15 years experience working as a ranch hand with cow broke horses. 7 years experience working as a mixed practice veterinary assistant, 30% with horses assisting with dentistry, farrier work, etc.
Specialities
1 year experience with brood mares and stallions in an active breeding facility.
Type of Ride Work
Primarily western horses, one season doing backyard jumping. Have ridden high level working cow horses, drill, and western pleasure horses.
