Equine Work Experience
I have over 11 years of experience working with horses, primarily in the hunter/jumper and equitation disciplines. My experience includes competing in USEF A- and AA-rated shows, daily horse care, grooming, tacking, feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, and general barn maintenance. I have also worked with rescue horses and assisted with pony camps and children's riding lessons.
At West Texas A&M University, I served as captain of the Hunt Seat Equestrian Team, where I gained leadership experience and helped coordinate team events, fundraising, and sponsorship outreach. I have hands-on experience working in barn environments and understand the importance of consistent care, safety, and teamwork. I am passionate about horses and eager to continue building my experience in the equine industry.
