Duties of Current Occupation
Feeding, stalls, cleaning and tacking horses for patrol. Riding and some training. Supply clerk for material control, inventory for deputies equipment including guns. Equine dentist balancing the horses mouth with power tools
Equine Work Experience
Horses throughout my entire life, barrel raced for over 8 years with the FBRA and NBHA, managed and groomed at a hunter jumper barn. Grew up western but ride dressage and western at my current job managing police horses. Spent over 10 years as an apprentice under former President of Fl Reined Cow Horse Association, Eddie Piloto. Have attended and ridden in several horsemanship and colt starting clinics. Apprenticed under Master Equine Dentist Larry Moriarity in 2006 and have been helping horses with their problem mouths ever since. Have owned my own horses since high school on my own property.
