15+ years of hands-on Thoroughbred experience across breeding, sales, training yards, and rehabilitation programs. Managed large horse populations and high-acuity cases with a disciplined, safety-first approach. Skilled in daily care, medication administration, bandaging/wound management, turnout logistics, and coordinating veterinarians, farriers, dentists, shippers, and owners. Strong communicator who keeps timelines, maintains accurate records, and holds staff accountable to consistent standards under pressure.
