Experienced in animal care, including daily horse care, feeding, grooming, stall cleaning, and handling. Skilled in dog care and training, animal behavior, and safe handling.

Equine Work Experience

I’ve been riding horses since I was 13 and have always had a strong passion for horses and dogs. I had to step away from riding around age 21 due to changing circumstances and the cost of maintaining regular riding, but my passion for horses has never changed. In high school, I completed three years of veterinary assisting, where I worked closely with both large and small animals. I was also involved in FFA and competed on a horse judging team. Outside of school, I worked as a working student for several trainers, cleaning stalls and assisting with barn chores in exchange for riding lessons and leasing horses. After graduating high school, I worked at a private school with a riding program, gaining additional hands-on experience caring for horses and working in a professional equine environment. Please see my resume uploaded to my profile for previous employers and if references are needed please contact me directly.

Type of Ride Work

I have ridden mostly English (hunter jumpers) and western for occasional riding. Ive only done some local showings.
