Duties of Current Occupation

From 1994-2019, and 2023 I a vet tech, "A" H/J farm manager, USEF C1 H/J "r" Steward, rider, prof. A circuit braider, manure/pasture mgt expert at UF; "pinhooking" of TB yrlngs, competed 3-Day eventers, broken TB babies for track, foxhunted.

Equine Work Experience

I was an equine vet tech for over ten years, (5 yrs . on the A-circuit, at shows), with 25 years experience managing A-level H/J farms, eventing farms, young race stock farms, pinhooking farms (yearlings) and retirement farms.
I've competed successfully in hunters, jumpers, eventing, have broken TB’s for the racetrack, and retrained TB's coming off the track; currently foxhunting.
I started a manure mgt. program at University of Florida, so I have extensive knowledge in proper manure and pasture management. I also have years of program management, event planning, public speaking and social media experience. I'm a published author, advertiser/marketer and outstanding farm and facility manager. From 2015-2019 I was a “r” USEF C1 HJ Steward. I also braided, on circuit, between 1995-2002. Regarding eventing, I showed a young pony in Beginner Novice at many events in Florida. I managed private farms & a boarding/eventing facility that other amateurs/professionals utilized.

Rehabbing horses, horse happiness, soundness and lameness rehabilitation, fixing horse problems, farm, facility and staff management, bookkeeping and administrative management, horse fitness, nutrition, efficiency expert, manure management, pasture management and facility expert. I was the only one on the farm so I prepared the yearlings in the am & managed the farm in the afternoon.
