I have been working with horses my entire life. I started off at a 70 stall facility inside a public park, which did boarding, lessons and trail rides. I started as a volunteer and then became a paid employee once I was of working age, after that farm closed down I started working at Oakwood farms in Medford, NY where I would clean stalls, feed, turn out and carry out all barn duties. I eventually became a barn manager and riding instructor until I left to work at Land's End Water front caterers. I have done some part time work at other farms. I worked at BJ Farms in Jamesport, NY with is a 120 acre boarding facility. I spent a winter working as a groom in California with Arabian show horses. Most recently during the pandemic I took up a part time job as a stable hand for a hunter/jumper boarding and lesson barn in Bellport, NY.

I can clean stalls, groom, lunge, wrap legs, give shots (both IM & IV). I am able to recognize soundness issues, colic and other illnesses.

I am a well rounded rider that has competed in both English & Western disciplines from lower level dressage, hunter/jumpers, Barrel racing, Gymkhana, reining and Western Pleasure.
