I have proven success with managing a barn. I seek to provide the best possible care for the horses and the riders. I have the managerial skills needed to organize the varied care of multiple horses. I have the people skills to develop healthy and positive relationships in a "no drama" atmosphere. I can load horses and drive a horse truck and trailer. I strive to be efficient and I am always willing to learn.

As a barn manager I feed, groom, tack horses, monitor horse health and perform first aid as needed. I maintain facilities, handle day to day operations, scheduling and ordering supplies. I am a quick and eager learner with a good work ethic.

As barn manager, I can organize and prioritize tasks in an efficient manner. Keeping the barn clean and maintaining a professional appearance is as important to me as providing the best possible care for the horses. With attention to detail, I monitor the health of each horse, schedule and meet with the farrier, vet and dentist. I listen to the needs of boarders and treat every customer and student with respect. I have the ability to maintain the highest standards while nurturing a healthy work life balance. I love what I do and do it well.

My specialties include working with senior horses and sport horses with specific needs and attention to detail. I am able to work well alone as well as on a team.

I am skilled at riding green horses and project horses in an arena as well as in obstacle courses and through trails. I can pony multiple horses for exercise.
