Accommodation need depends on location. If I need to move to your location I do require slightly more notice. I have a dog, so a facility that will allow me to keep her is a must.

Duties of Current Occupation

Currently work as a stocker for a grocery store Previously responsible for training small groups of dogs and owners

Equine Work Experience

I have over a decade of horse experience with hunter/ jumper horses. I have also helped re-train off track thoroughbreds, mostly on the flat. I have also taught summer camps where I took responsibility for anywhere from 2-10 children ages 6+ and taught them how to ride horses and ponies, how to properly care for their horse or pony, and how to keep order in the barn. In all of my experience, I have been lunging, grooming, and mucking stalls for experience in and out of the saddle.

I also have experience managing a small facility, specializing in the horse aspect. I also assisted at a reining/ cutting barn and exercised horses as well as assisting with the occasional live cover breeding.

Experience in the saddle includes basic dressage movements (collections, extensions, yields, circles, shoulder in, shoulder out), jumping hunter obstacles up to two feet six inches high, and taking out trail rides.

I have also pulled 5-6 horse slant trailers using a company truck.

Specialities

Short previous experience with two stallions, one Quarter Horse reiner, one Off-Track Thoroughbred. Worked with the TB on ground manners and lunging. Most of my experience is with Hunter Jumpers, and some experience with OTTBs.

Type of Ride Work

Hunters/ Jumpers Basic exercise for any other discipline

Competition Details

I started competing hunter/ jumpers when I started riding (about 12 years competing) and I have participated in IEA, which includes catch-riding. I also helped groom during "home" shows.
