Duties of Current Occupation

Stable manager: groom, feed & med schedule, exercise, assist with Veterinarian visits; Certified Instructor: beginner & intermediate riding, horse health and safety; Vet Assistant: large & small animals (restraint, draw blood, assist in surgeries)

Equine Work Experience

I have worked with horses since I was 10 year old (and riding earlier). I began as a stable hand working so that I could ride for free and have been involved as groom, instructor, vet assistant ever since.

Specialities

I have some experience with foals-thoroughbred (monitoring, assisting vet visit, raising), and less with Stallions. Am a certified instructor with CHA, and certified equine sports massage therapist

Type of Ride Work

I prefer riding Western, but have experience with English as well. I ride mostly flatwork, and had done some jumping recreationally and competitively when younger.

Competition Details

I only competed 5-6 times when younger (English, jumping). I prefer handling and working with horses more than competing. I am familiar with the practices and etiquette of competition yards and assisted with grooming during competitions.
