Qualifications
Studied kinesiology at Texas A&M, and economics at St. Mary's College of Maryland. More than willing to supplement my education as I go.
Duties of Current Occupation
Have fulfilled working student, groom, and barn management positions in Maryland, Texas and Florida. Starting young horses, rehabilitation of neglected and abused horses, basic vet and wound care.
Equine Work Experience
Rode ages 4-27, earning my C-1 in Pony Club, Bronze USDF medal, competing through 3'6 hunters and jumpers
Specialities
I have worked in dressage, rescue, eventing, hunter/jumper, and western barns, ranging from the local/recreational to the international level. I've worked with weanlings to the elderly horse, as well as taught lessons to people ages 5-75. Managed barns up to 12 horses + a variety of livestock as sole charge, or up to 18-20 horses in a competition barn with a team.
