Equine Work Experience
I have worked primarily with young horses (3-5 year olds) starting their hunter or show jumping careers. I have lived in the Netherlands, and during that time imported a four-year-old Dutch gelding hunter who successfully competed up to the National Derbies and First Year Green Hunters. During high school, I brought along another Dutch gelding who we purchased as a five-year-old, and I was able to qualify him for equitation finals that same year. I have been riding since age four and have always taken care of my own horses, including when showing and traveling. I have worked for several AA show barns and have worked circuits at Wellington PBIEC and WEC Ocala. I currently own a 5-year-old German gelding who I plan to compete 1.10m summer 2026 and resell in a year or two as a junior jumper/equitation horse.
