Bio
I would love to bring my own horse as he lives out in pasture and doesn’t need a stall or get stalled at home but if you have horses I can ride/do lessons on id be fine not bringing himDuties of Current Occupation
My last job I was responsible for catching 7 pony’s, grooming them, tacking them up, and giving children pony rides, teaching them about the pony’s and the basics of riding, I was responsible for feeding,watering, clean up, un tacking, night routine
Equine Work Experience
I’ve own horses for 6 years at my house, did a on site lease before that for almost two years and have grown up around horses. I fully take care of my three horses and provide all their needs. I’ve worked on a farm taking care of pony’s and giving pony rides to children. I’m used to grooming, tacking up, barn chores, riding, competing, packing trailers, cleaning horses and trailering. I’ve rode and competed hunt seat pleasure, jumping, dressage, and most western events as well.
Specialities
I’ve worked with young horses, ottb, mares, geldings, senior horses, have been around stallions, worked with pony’s and 17+ hand horses, been in a team environment, been independent.
Type of Ride Work
Ive ride and competed saddle seat, hunt seat, western pleaser, ranch riding, reining, rodeo events, show jumping, eventing, dressage, English pleasure and showmanship. I’ve placed in all of the above at shows but primarily ride English and do hunter/jumpers and eq.
Competition Details
I’ve competed for six years but have been around and taking care of horses my whole life. I have qualified for MIHA regions with my team twice were we were just points away from states and I’ve qualified for 4-h states were I placed in half my classes but came in top 20 in all. I’ve taken care of my horses and teammates at shows, grooming and cleaning up after them.
