Duties of Current Occupation
My main duties include bringing horses in for grain, medicating as needed, assuring all horses have hay and water, looking over horses for injuries or unusual behavior, bringing the herds in from the pastures, and picking stalls.
Equine Work Experience
I have worked in an equine environment for over 5 years. I have done things from daily tending to horses, training horses, guided trail rides, and have given riding lessons. I’ve dealt with foals and have tended to a foal right after birth. I’ve also had experience administering basic first aid.
Specialities
Starting, finishing, and working with problem horses. Working with young horses. Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
